  • Ensure your property meets local safety and regulatory standards.
  • Permit Kemetland to use necessary resources for managing your property, including accessing booking platforms, conducting maintenance, and addressing tenant inquiries.

4. Property Listing and Bookings

Kemetland will list your property on various booking platforms to maximize exposure and occupancy. Please note:

  • All listings are managed under Kemetland’s account or in partnership with third-party platforms.
  • Kemetland reserves the right to edit, update, or modify property descriptions and images for marketing purposes.
  • Bookings made on third-party platforms are subject to the respective platform’s terms and conditions, including cancellation policies and guest requirements.

5. Fees and Payment

Property owners agree to pay Kemetland a percentage-based commission on rental revenue generated through bookings. The exact percentage and terms are outlined in your individual agreement with Kemetland. Payments are processed as follows:

  • Kemetland will deduct fees from the booking revenue before disbursing remaining funds to the property owner.
  • All service fees are non-refundable unless specified in the property management agreement.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are determined by the platform on which the booking was made (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo). Kemetland will adhere to each platform’s cancellation and refund policies, and we reserve the right to modify our policies at any time to align with third-party requirements.

7. Property Maintenance and Damages

Kemetland is not liable for any damages incurred to the property by guests or other third parties. However, we will work with you to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and any necessary replacements. Property owners are encouraged to maintain insurance coverage for their properties.

8. Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Kemetland is not responsible for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
  • Loss of property value, damage, or theft occurring during a guest’s stay.
  • Inaccurate property information provided by the owner.

Our services are provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party platforms. Kemetland does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Kemetland, including website text, images, and logos, is the property of Kemetland. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Kemetland content without our prior written consent.

10. Amendments to Terms
